What's in it
Imports that fit your data
Parts, BOMs and open orders from any CSV, XLS or XLSX, with saved column mappings. BOMs straight from a KiCad project, read in your browser — the files are never uploaded. Re-importing a BOM shows what changed.
Parts library
One searchable library with manufacturer and supplier part numbers. Renamed parts keep their history, and alternatives stay linked to the part.
BOMs
Bills of materials with designators, units and cost per build.
Trial run
Pick a BOM and a quantity and see each line's stock — in stock, reserved, on order, short — without creating an order.
Assembly orders
Several BOMs per order, stock reserved while it's open. Execute, revert and receive are atomic and safe to repeat.
Buy lists
Shortages across one or more orders, with spares and pick-and-place feeder leader added for machine-placed lines.
Supplier quotes
Live prices and stock from Mouser and DigiKey, by manufacturer or supplier part number. Singles, cut tape, re-reel and full reel compared side by side, with totals per supplier including delivery.
Baskets and parts orders
A Mouser cart or DigiKey FastAdd link per supplier, or a quick-paste file for any other. Order lines record the price you actually paid.

Your keys, your prices
Supplier API keys are your own — stored encrypted and used only on the server — so quotes show your account pricing. Each organization's data is kept separate.

Mouser and DigiKey are connected today. More distributors are planned. Any other supplier works through a manual line and a quick-paste file, so nothing on the buy list is left out.
